yeah- its a tad sad. But my muscles are doing better- just the card cut and some um…chaffing- never running distances in shorts again!!
Yeah…nuff said. Spandex to the knee is the way to go! Isn’t it crazy how much pain your body can tune out when exerting energy and/or distracted?
